This policy explains how SWYAA Spain processes personal data in connection with this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This English version is provided for information; the Spanish version prevails.

What this site does not do

This site has no forms, uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no first-party cookies. You do not need to provide any data to browse it.

Data we do process

Server logs

Like any web server, the hosting provider's server records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser) to keep the service secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for as long as technically necessary for security, incident response and applicable legal duties, under the hosting provider's retention criteria and policies. You may ask us for further details of the period applicable to this service.

Messages you send us

If you write to us by email or on social media, we will use your name, address and message only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Third-party content

Some pages include videos or maps from external services (YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps). They do not load until you press the corresponding button; from then on, that service processes your data under its own policy.

Archive photographs

The historical archive includes photographs of the association's activities. If you appear in one and would like us to remove it, write to us.

Recipients

Hostinger provides this site's hosting infrastructure and technical server logging. The physical data-centre location depends on the chosen hosting configuration and cannot be inferred from the CDN's apparent location. Hostinger operates data centres within and outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer applies, safeguards are described in its Data Processing Addendum.
